Try reading the instructions again if you still did not unpair you Fitbit from your iOS device. If you still don't see anything it means the Fitbit you're looking for has no battery or is not nearby. Fitbit Zip and Surge are only partially supported.
Fitbit is constantly updating their devices and adding new ones to their product line. We will add support for these models as soon as they are possible.
